WW2 - R.A.F Double - Sided Blood Chit.
Scarce R.A.F double sided blood chit issued 1944 for Operation Frantic, the shuttle bombing of Germany by the RAF using the Soviet Union for refuelling and re-arming. In good condition retaining good colour and has been folded for use in the issue plastic ID holder.
Heavy Rescue MkII Helmet
1939 dated MK11 helmet with the letter \"HR\" (Heavy Rescue) to front and rear. The helmet is in good used condition with some loss of black paint, lettering is clear again with some damage (see photos). The liner and strap are in sound used condition. Overall a good original helmet.
WW1 - British Officers Pocket Compass Dated 1918.
WW1 Officers pocket compass by G.Haseler &Son Ltd Birmingham, dated 1918. Compass in good working order, maker marked to front case cover, some general age wear, overall a good example.
English Made 8th USAAF Insignia
Nice used example of a short winged English made 8th USAAF shoulder insignia. A good used example.
Rare WW2 8mm Escape Compass.
Rare wartime 8mm escape compass, this type being one of the smallest of the range of escape compass designed by MI9. These were used in various escape items including the smokers pipe, cigarette, lighter etc. The compass is in good working order, has a small hairline crack in the glass which does not detract from this scarce escape compass.
Luftwaffe Flight Gauntlets.
Luftwaffe leather flying gauntlets, these being the longer version popular with bomber crews. They are In excellent used condition the straps and press studs are good. The leather is supply and shows signs of little use. The interior is well marked to a flight school. Overall a very good matched pair.
WW2 German Lineol Toy Soldier.
WW2 German toy soldier produced by Lineol being a S.A trooper, maker marked to base in overall good condition with just some wear to the paint finish. approx. 7cm high.
R.A.A.F Pilots Wings.
A good quality pair of wartime Royal Australian Air Force pilot wings, embroidered flat type in excellent used condition. Shows signs of being removed from uniform.
R.A.F - A.P 1764 Aircraft Recognition Wallet.
Air Ministry - Air Publication 1764 - Aircraft Recognition - Published August 1940 with amendment up to April 1941. Housed in a hardback wallet to allow amendments to be added. Sections included aircraft illustrations and details from Great Britain - France - Germany - Italy. In very good used condition.
